Realist mailing labels not lining up

If the addresses are not lining up properly to 3-up (5160) labels, it is usually due to settings in the software they are using to open the file.

If not printing correctly, make sure they are using an appropriate program to open the .rtf file (Microsoft word or something similar). Word will let them adjust the margins if needed.

It's usually formatted correctly without adjustments, but if they have modified the template in the past, Word will retain those settings and open the file with the altered margins.
