You should never have to log into Realist manually. The SmartMLS website has a single sign on (SSO) feature that enables you to log in just one time and then have those credentials pass on to any of our products.
However, if you do get a login screen when trying to get into Realist, please try the following steps:
- Make sure your web browser is up-to-date.
- Clear the browser's cache.
- Make sure Adobe Flash is up-to-date.
- Close all browser tabs/windows and reopen from scratch.
Sometimes you may be able to fix the issue with only one or two of these; other times it may take all of them.
