If you get an IP error when trying to access Realist, it could be due to a VPN or some other firewall or Internet Security program running on your PC or your network.
The full version of Avast, for instance, has a VPN which is known to interfere with accessing Realist. Disabling the VPN should allow you to get into Realist.
