Accessing Realist through Firefox

There is a known issue with logging into Realist through the Firefox web browser.  It essentially opens a blank page and Realist never loads.  

There is a workaround, though, if you want to continue to access Realist through Firefox.

Once you open Firefox (and before you log into the SmartMLS website), go up to the top right corner and click on the three horizontal bars.  When the menu window opens, go down and click on New Private Window:

You can now just go up to the top of the screen, enter www.smartmls.com in the address bar, log in and click on Realist (as you normally would).  Realist should open up just fine for you now.

We do not have an ETA on when this workaround may no longer be necessary.  You can always access Realist through any of the other major web browsers, such as Google Chrome, without having to take this extra step.
